SMS Messaging Terms

Effective Date: September 3, 2026

By opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages (scheduling, crew en-route, job progress, and feedback requests) from your restoration company, sent through the ContentsOps platform. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. See our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

ContentsOps, operated by Superlab LLC dba ContentsOps (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), offers SMS text messaging notifications to customers (“you” or “your”) of contents restoration companies that use the ContentsOps platform. These messages help keep you informed about the status of work being performed at your property.

2. Types of Messages

By consenting to receive SMS messages from your restoration company, you may receive:

  • En-route notifications: Alerts when a crew member is on the way to your property.
  • Appointment reminders: Reminders about upcoming scheduled visits to your property.
  • Job completion notices: Notifications when work at your property has been completed.
  • Customer feedback surveys: Links to brief feedback forms so you can share your experience and help us improve our services.

3. Consent and Opt-In

Your restoration company asks for your consent to receive SMS messages when it collects your phone number during project intake. A staff member asks you verbally or in writing using the disclosures above, or you receive a text message asking you to reply YES. Consent is only recorded after you agree, and the date and method are stored with your contact record.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can opt out at any time as described below.

If you are located in Canada, these messages are sent on the basis of your existing business relationship with your restoration company and your provision of your number for this purpose, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the activity related to your property. You may receive messages when a crew is dispatched, when appointments are scheduled, when work is completed, and when feedback is requested. Typically this ranges from 1 to 10 messages per project.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from your restoration company. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that company.

You may also contact your restoration company directly to request removal from SMS notifications, or contact us at the information provided below.

6. Help

For questions about the SMS messaging program, reply HELP to any message you receive from your restoration company, or contact us at:

  • Email: support@contentsops.com

7. Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on most major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is used solely for the purpose of sending the notifications described above.

For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
