Location tracking isn’t working
Make sure you’ve granted “Always Allow” location permission in your device Settings. The app needs background location access to automatically track arrivals and departures at job sites.
Time entries seem inaccurate
GPS accuracy can vary in areas with poor signal. You can manually adjust any time entry on the Timesheet tab by tapping the entry and providing a corrected time with an explanation.
Photos aren’t uploading
Check that you have a stable internet connection. Photos require network access to upload. If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app.
App version and updates
The app receives over-the-air updates automatically. For major updates, check the App Store or Google Play for the latest version.
