How do I find and manage contents for a project?
For office teams · Updated October 26, 2026
Use this when you need a project's contents list, a sticker, or an inventory to send to an adjuster or customer. Contents appears when your company uses it and your role can view contents.
Find a project or item
- Open Warehouse and choose Contents.
- The list shows each project with its items, non-salvage count, and what needs attention.
- Use Find customer, project, sticker, item or room… to search across projects. Turn on Include closed projects to search older work.
Inside a project
Open a project to see its tabs: Contents, Non-salvageable, Labels, and Exports. The header shows counts of loose items, boxes, bags, and labels, plus links to Open restoration record → and Customer project →. On the Contents tab, the Photo needed filter lists items that still need a photo.
Labels
Choose Print labels in the header, or open the Labels tab, to print stickers for items and boxes that do not have one yet.
Exports
- Choose Export loss list in the header, or open the Exports tab. The ⋯ menu's Exports and reports opens the same tab.
- Pick a document: Non-salvageable schedule, Full contents inventory, Customer inventory copy, or Box and bag manifest.
- Choose PDF, CSV, or Excel where offered.
On the phone
Techs capture items, boxes, and bags with the phone app, and they appear here as they sync. If you already have photos, managers can use Import photos on the web instead.
