How do I use Restoration queues?

For office teams · Updated September 21, 2026

Use this when running daily contents production or setting the order technicians work restoration projects.

Workspace tabs

Restoration lives under Warehouse in the sidebar and opens on Overview, with Priority, Vendors, Reports, and Setup alongside.

Overview tab

The Needs you strip counts lots overdue at vendor, open exceptions, work ready to review, and stale work. Department tiles show each queue with its active workers, and the Rush and due soon rail tracks urgent packbacks.

Adding lots by hand

Overview is also where managers record lots that never came through scanning. Use + Add lots in the page header and pick whether you are logging a new incoming load, items already sitting in dirty storage, or a backfill of lots that were received and sorted before ContentsOps.

Priority tab

  1. Open Priority (production managers only).
  2. Choose an office; org managers can also author the org-wide default.
  3. Set Order by to Manual (drag) or Delivery date.
  4. In Manual, drag rows into order; the top of the list is worked first. Delivery date auto-orders by the soonest anticipated delivery.
  5. Check Rush items float to the top to lift rush work in every technician queue.

Technician queue

At clock-in a technician picks a project from the priority-ordered list, then a department (every department is open to every tech), then a station when that department has them. Rush and Expedited chips mark work that jumps ahead. To bump one claim's department, use Do first for this claim on the restoration.
