How do I fix a schedule readiness warning?
For office teams · Updated July 7, 2026
Use this when Schedule shows a warning or the Dispatch Queue says an event needs attention.
What the warnings mean
Crew Needed, Lead Needed, and Vehicle Needed mean the event is missing an assigned person, a Crew Lead, or a vehicle. Missing Address means the event has no route-ready location saved. Conflicts flags double-booked people or vehicles, and Assigned While Off flags someone scheduled during approved whole-day time off.
Steps
- Open Schedule and switch to Dispatch Queue.
- Choose the readiness filter that matches the warning, or use Needs Attention to see everything at once.
- Open the event.
- Fix the missing crew, Crew Lead, vehicle, address, or timing problem.
- Save and confirm the warning clears. Events with no remaining warnings show as Ready.
Warnings do not block
Readiness checks are warnings, not blockers, because crew and vehicle choices are often unknown until the day before. You can still save the event and clear the warning later.
Best practice
Sweep the Needs Attention filter at the end of each day so tomorrow's events are ready before crews head out.
