How do I track my support requests?

For everyone · Updated September 21, 2026

Use this after a support request has been submitted.

Where requests live

Open the account button at the bottom of the sidebar, select Support, and go to the Requests tab. It lists everything you have submitted, including replies, status changes, and resolved items, with search and a status filter.

Organization view for managers

Managers with team or settings access see a Mine and Organization toggle inside the Requests tab. Organization shows requests submitted across the whole organization so office leaders can stay ahead of blockers.

Statuses

  1. Received means support has the request.
  2. Under Review means support is investigating.
  3. Planned or In Progress means work is queued or underway.
  4. Waiting on You means support needs more information from you.
  5. Resolved, Shipped, Closed, or Won't Fix means the item is no longer waiting on support.

Replying and adding files

Open a request to read the conversation, send a reply, or attach more files. Replying is the fastest way to unblock a request marked Waiting on You.
