How do I choose current work and advance workflow?

Use this when the app asks what you are working on, or when you need to move an event through its steps.
Pick your work
- If you have events on today's schedule, Start Day lists them first. Join or start one, or tap Heading there / loading truck if you are still on your way.
- Otherwise, or from Something else today, the wizard asks what kind of work you are doing: Field work, Warehouse / Restoration work, or Internal or admin.
- Warehouse / Restoration work then asks what kind: Restoration, Receiving / Intake, Warehouse work for a project, Inventorying / Sorting, or General upkeep.
- For restoration, pick the project first from the priority-ordered list, then the department, then the station. You can pick any active department, not just your usual one.
Switch during the day
Tap Switch Work whenever the real work changes. Each piece of work then gets its own time block.
Travel and Visit Progress
Use Travel There when heading to a scheduled event. On the event, Visit Progress buttons such as Start Preparing and Arrived at Site move the event forward. Tap them when the real work changes, not just when you open the event.
Event start prompts
While clocked in, the app may show Time to Prepare when an assigned event is about to start. These prompts never appear off the clock.
If you picked wrong
Open Today's Timeline and tap the block. You can relabel it, split it, or merge it with the block next to it before you submit the day.
